EXCELLENT, FABULOUS, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE are words that come to my mind to describe Renata. I wrote in the last survey that I was waiting to receive my pictures from Lynn. Her response was immediate informing me that Lynn had mailed them. I would have been happy to go to the Burlington office to pick them up. One more description that is foremost in my mind is that you are very lucky to have such a dedicated, reliable agent working for you as she is the BEST !
